We're seeking an experienced, dynamic part-time director. This position is collaborative in nature due to the design of the co-op model, so we are seeking applicants who are comfortable with community building and working closely with families on a daily basis.
Responsibilities: The director is responsible for maintaining communications between parents and teachers and between teachers and the parent board; overseeing, assessing and assisting teachers in the classrooms; managing the daily aspects of the school including admissions, enrollment and finances; representing the school through professional associations; and overseeing the school's marketing initiatives and online presence.

Qualifications: Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of work experience in early childhood education. The following skills are highly desirable: strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written and oral), a detail-oriented mindset, and comfort engaging in community outreach.
