How I Got To Family Preschool

My daughter completed the 4 and 5 day program and I fell in love with FPS’ project approach and the way the school builds community among young families!

Interesting Fact

Crafting is one of my favorite things to do and I love crocheting and sewing clothes and toys for kiddos to play with and learn from - especially when they’re connected to books!

Most Important Teaching Lesson Learned

Each day is a new day to have a positive experience with school and feel connected with and seen by a teacher. I believe this is all the most foundational work that has to be done before any other learning will happen!

It’s probably a tie between Home Alone and Up!

Favorite Book

Nannette’s Baguette by Mo Willems makes me laugh SO much and still has a sweet story of connection between parent and child. We quote it nonstop in our house!

What I Like About Working at Family Preschool

The co-op vibe is unlike any other school I’ve ever been in. Everyone assumes the best of each other, assists in ways that work best for them, and is just plain there for each other. What more could a family with young children want?
